1. How much historical data (completed listings) can I view?
Terapeak Collectibles provides you with data from TIAS and GoAntiques since 1998, Auction Houses since 2002, and eBay's Collectibles and Antiques categories since 2006.
Check out our User Guide in the "Read Help" section, or dive right in by entering a
product name into the search box (where it says "Type here to begin"). Clicking the
"Search" button will launch your results.
You may also wish to set minimum / maximum price thresholds to limit your report, select
a specific category to research, or sort by date sold or price.
Reports deliver results with pictures as default. To view all listings (including those
without pictures) please select the "Include items without images" box.
If you are interested in researching other eBay categories, contact Terapeak's support
department to let us know what you are looking for.
3. Why do some of my searches take longer to return results than others?
The amount of time required to return results depends on the number of items your query finds. This is influenced by how broad your search is. For example, a search for "tiffany" is broader and will take longer than a search for "tiffany dragonfly table lamp".
Price Filters are rules you can apply to your search to eliminate low- or high-priced items. If you are performing a generic search and want to remove lower-priced accessories or damaged goods, set the minimum price of your results higher to ensure the quality of your search results
5. Which category should I search?
You may select a specific category to search, or perform a default search of "All" categories. If you are entering a keyword that may feature prominently in many categories, such as "JFK", you may wish to narrow your search by selecting a category (ie. Ceramics) in which results will be closest to your item.
6. What is the default time zone?
Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) is the default time zone for Terapeak Collectibles.
7. How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, simply click the "Manage Your Applications" option on the right of your screen. In the "Other Actions" menu you will see an "Unsubscribe" option. Click and you will terminate your subscription with Terapeak.
8. What do I do if I have a question about billing?
All billing for Selling Manager Applications is managed by eBay, via PayPal. Please feel free to contact Terapeak support if you have any questions about this arrangement.
